We developed a branded Tuk-Tuk micro-distribution model that could navigate narrow pathways, deliver daily, and ensure consistent product availability. The Tuk-Tuk was custom-fitted for loading, operated by a trained sales rep, and integrated with Cultiva for real-time data capture on sales, coverage, and retailer needs.
This solution increased product availability, strengthened brand visibility inside informal markets, reduced stock-outs, and provided FEPRO with actionable insights to optimise route-to-market execution.
